Your data stays yours—we never claim ownership, sell it, or share it for advertising or marketing. We protect your records with encryption in transit and at rest, add another encryption layer to saved integration secrets, and keep those secrets server-side.
Firebase handles password protection, multi-factor authentication adds another layer, and internal access is restricted to legitimate support, security, or legal needs. You control your connected services, and QuickBooks access supports the workflows you request rather than copying your entire company file.
You can export your records and request access, corrections, or deletion under our published policies. Ticket Recon runs on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States, with commitments to incident notification, advance notice of material policy changes, and regular policy reviews.

Advanced Matching Settings
Change these only if default matching misses obvious purchase matches.
Treat similar merchant names as the same vendor.
If no same-merchant match is found, also try amount/date matching across other merchants.
Treats 100.00 and -100.00 as the same amount.
Ignores merchant names and matches only by amount/date. Use carefully.
Tries exact amount matches first, then retries using the allowed tolerance.
Only matches credits to credits and charges to charges.
Chooses which candidate to prefer when more than one possible match looks equally valid.

Starter Workflow
Dashboard
Click "Dashboard" in the top navigation.
If you see any "Sign in to..." messages, sign in first.
Read each status pill (Purchase, Marketplace, QuickBooks) to confirm connections.
Scan the overview cards to see totals, missing charges, and tags.
Open "Recon" from the sidebar when you are ready to match records or complete payment in QuickBooks, SkyBox, or TradeDesk.
Purchase Recon
Open "Recon" and choose "Purchase" under Workflow.
In Source, choose "Upload file" or "QuickBooks." If QuickBooks, click "Load from QuickBooks."
Choose a purchase source: upload Open Purchase Orders, load QuickBooks bills, or load date-filtered purchases from a connected Point of Sale account.
Upload "Credit Card Charges (CSV or XLSX)" and set "Header Row # (optional)" if needed.
In "Purchase Quick Map," set Merchant, Order Date, Amount, and PO Number (use "Auto" to guess).
In "Charges Quick Map," set Merchant, Date, and Amount (use "Auto" to guess).
Expand Merchant Review if it appears and you need to link similar names.
Click "Run Purchase Match."
Review results and use "Download purchase missing (CSV)" or "Download filtered (CSV)" as needed.
Marketplace Recon
Open "Recon" and choose "Marketplace" under Workflow.
Choose "Upload file," "QuickBooks," or "Point of Sale" for the unpaid-invoice source. For Point of Sale, choose Skybox or TradeDesk and click "Load from Point of Sale."
Upload "Marketplace Payout (CSV or XLSX)" and set "Header Row # (optional)" if needed.
Map invoice columns: "External reference (P.O. Number)," "Invoice number (Num)," "Open balance," and "Invoice date (optional)."
Map Marketplace columns: "Order number," "Payout amount," "Sale date (optional)," and "Event date (optional)."
Enter a value in "Run label (required)."
Click "Run Marketplace Match."
Apply tags to issues, then click "Download Results (CSV)."
Choose "Upload another payout" for a new file, or "Load another saved payout" for a Marketplace Sync batch. Select a saved batch and click "Load payout" to replace the current payout. Your unpaid-invoice source stays loaded.
Marketplace Sync
Open "Connections," click "Add connection," and choose TickPick, Vivid Seats, GoTickets, Ticketmaster Resale (TMR), or SeatGeek.
Enter a recognizable "Connection name" such as "Primary Vivid" or "West Coast Vivid," enter that account's credentials, then click "Save & verify."
Repeat "Add connection" for every additional marketplace account. Marketplace Sync supports multiple named accounts from the same provider, including three or more Vivid Seats accounts.
Do not add the same credentials more than once. Each saved connection should represent a different marketplace account.
In the connection's "Weekly automation" section, confirm the schedule for that account and click "Save schedule." Each account has its own schedule and run history.
Open "Sync" in the navigation, choose Payouts, then select the marketplace card you want to sync.
If more than one account is saved for that provider, choose the exact named account from the account dropdown.
Choose the requested payout period when shown and click "Sync." SeatGeek Sync fetches the newest unseen finalized remittance.
After the fetch finishes, review the API-call count and open "Saved payouts" to preview the payout before using it in Marketplace Recon.
Bill Recon
Open "QuickBooks" and choose "Bills" under Workflow.
If QuickBooks is not connected, open "Connections" and add or repair the QuickBooks connection.
Click "Load QuickBooks bills" to load data. After the first load, use Refresh Bills when you need current records.
Upload a workbook using "Upload workbook" or select "Saved Purchase Recon run" and click "Load run."
Map fields: "Map to Bill # (Doc #)" and "Map to Open Balance."
Click "Load payment accounts" when you are ready to mark matched bills paid.
Select matched rows (use "Select all matched" if needed).
Choose "Payment account" and "Payment date," then fill "Reference #" and "Memo."
Click "Pay selected bills."
Click "Download import log" to save a record of payments.
Invoice Recon
Open "QuickBooks" and choose "Invoices" under Workflow.
If QuickBooks is not connected, open "Connections" and add or repair the QuickBooks connection.
Click "Load QuickBooks invoices." After the first load, use Refresh Invoices when you need current records.
Load a saved run (dropdown + "Load run") or upload a Marketplace CSV.
Map fields: "Map to Invoice #" and "Map to Open Balance."
Click "Load payment options" when you are ready to record matched invoice payments.
Choose "Bills" or "Invoices," then select "Upload file" or "SkyBox" as the source.
For a file, upload the workbook and click "Map columns." For SkyBox, choose a date range and click "Load purchases" or "Load invoices"; no template is required, and every 500-record page loads automatically.
Click "Load products/services" when you need the QuickBooks item list, then choose the Product/Service used for the staged ticket lines.
Fix rows marked Error or Review until they show Ready.
Click "Import ready bills" or "Import ready invoices" and monitor progress.
Download the import log or errors when the run finishes. Successfully imported SkyBox records are excluded from later SkyBox loads.
SkyBox Recon
Open "Connections," add or manage the SkyBox connection, and confirm it shows "Connected."
Open "SkyBox" in the sidebar.
Choose "Invoices" or "Purchase Orders" under Workflow.
Load the saved Ticket Recon run or upload a CSV/XLSX file, map the identifier and amount columns, then click "Compare with Skybox."
Review every Needs Review row. Only exact matched records can be selected for the provider update.
Choose the payment method and optional payment reference, select the matched rows, and click the Mark selected button.
After SkyBox confirms each record paid, Ticket Recon adds the "Ticket-Recon" tag without removing existing SkyBox tags.
Completed records move to the paid-session table. If payment succeeds but tagging does not, the payment remains completed and the tag is clearly marked Needs Review.
TradeDesk Recon
Open "Connections," add or manage the TradeDesk connection, and confirm it shows "Connected."
Open "TradeDesk" in the sidebar.
Choose "Invoices" or "Purchase Orders" under Workflow.
Load the saved Ticket Recon run or upload a CSV/XLSX file and map the identifier and amount columns. For purchase orders, keep "TradeDesk PO number" selected when the source contains the visible PO number; use PO external ID or TradeDesk purchase ID only when the source contains that specific identifier.
Click "Compare with TradeDesk." PO-number matching scans TradeDesk purchase pages once, stops after all requested PO numbers are found, and reports the actual provider API-call count.
Review every Needs Review row. Only exact matched records can be selected for the provider update.
Choose the payment method and optional payment reference, select the matched rows, and click the Mark selected button.
After TradeDesk confirms each record paid, Ticket Recon adds the "Ticket-Recon" tag without replacing existing TradeDesk tags.
Completed records move to the paid-session table. If payment succeeds but TradeDesk rejects or does not confirm the tag, the payment remains completed and the tag is marked Needs Review.
QuickBooks Connection
Open "Connections" and choose "Add connection."
Select QuickBooks Online and complete Intuit login.
Confirm the saved connection shows the correct company name and a green Connected status.
Use "Manage" on that connection whenever you need to verify, replace, or remove it.
Return to Recon, Accounts, or Import; each workspace uses the same saved QuickBooks connection.
Utilities
Connections
Click "Connections" in the navigation to manage QuickBooks, Point of Sale, and Sync accounts in one place.
Use "All," "QuickBooks," "Point of Sale," or "Sync" to filter the saved connection cards.
Click "Add connection," choose a provider, give the account a clear name, enter its credentials, and click "Save & verify."
Marketplace Sync providers allow multiple named accounts per provider. QuickBooks, SkyBox, and TradeDesk allow one connection each.
Click "Manage" on a saved connection to verify it, update its name or credentials, review provider API-call estimates, or remove it.
For Marketplace Sync accounts, configure weekly automation inside the same Manage window. Updating a schedule does not fetch provider data.
If a card shows "Needs attention," open "Manage," read the latest error, update the credentials if necessary, and click "Verify."
Search
Click "Search" in the top navigation.
Type an invoice number, order number, PO, or merchant name.
Press Enter or click "Search."
Click a result to jump to that workflow.

Vendor amount tolerancesOptional matching rules for individual purchase vendors.0 saved
Set a fixed-dollar or percentage variance for an individual purchase vendor. The vendor rule overrides the general amount tolerance for the run.
Example: 3% allows a $100.00 purchase order to match a charge from $97.00 to $103.00.
Confirmation numbers take priority, within date and amount tolerances. Ticketmaster formats such as 45-31617/WDC and WDC/45-31617 match automatically, including letter case and spaces around the slash. Original values are preserved. Missing numbers use normal matching. Conflicts and duplicates require review. Keep confirmation numbers formatted as text to preserve leading zeros.

Bulk add purchase tracking records with a review before saving.
Before continuing to the workspace, review and sign each current policy version. This keeps your account records complete and confirms the terms that apply to your use of Ticket Recon.
You only need to sign again when a policy version changes.
